  • Jake Belsar

    Director

    Jake is a third-generation licenced builder. His first introduction to the construction industry was as a child earning pocket money cleaning his father's worksites after school. He then progresses to providing general landscaping upkeep on various stages of this families subdivisions whilst in high school. Jake began his professional career as an accountant working in public practice for one of Australia's leading Accounting & Consulting firms. These years gave Jake a solid knowledge of business management and taxation before entering the construction industry. Jake has successfully delivered an array of projects including industrial, education, accommodation & residential D&C projects. Jake's expertise on these projects has been inclusive; from initial concept & feasibility through to construction & handover. Jake's focus is providing a client centric construction experience. Qualifications - Commercial Building Licence CB-L 73185 - Bachelor of Commerce - Accounting - Australian Institute of Company Directors – Graduate.

  • Dean Trembath

    Construction Manager

    Before joining Belsar Developments, Dean boasts more 15 years’ experience in both the commercial and residential sectors. In his previous Operations and Construction Managers roles, Dean handled the pre-construction process, client management, construction schedules and quality management for multiple high end architectural projects at any given time, working closely with the preconstruction stakeholders and on-site delivery teams. Dean brings an attention to detail and commitment to quality, which we value highly. Quality is fundamental to our operations, and Dean is instrumental in managing and ensuring the quality of our projects are to the highest standard.

  • Tom Baldi

    Operations Manager

    Tom has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry both onsite, as a Contract Administrator & Construction Manager. Tom's onsite experience, coupled with his ability to understand and interpret drawings, specifications and construction methodologies is outstanding. Tom's core function within out business is to manage our operations including project performance, procurement, systems and process management along with general business operations. Having previously been responsible for triple certified management systems, Tom ensures that our Integrated Management System closely aligns with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
